Had been having a long week at work, and came in late afternoon on a Friday for a Haircut and Beard trim. James was extremely professional and detail oriented. I shared with him I'd be attending a wedding over the weekend, and he took the extra time to make sure I was lined up perfectly. Far and away the best haircut I've had in a long time, and a positive way to end a pretty negative week.

Service was only ok. Ended up waiting for a bit past the time called for by the website. The haircut was decent. Price was fairly high given that the payment system pretty much demands that you tip as well. The main issue for me is that the stylist scalped me significantly over one ear but not the other. It's fairly obvious looking at it now. What's more aggravating is that I wear hearing aids, the last thing that I want is to draw more attention to my ears. I think that I will stick to my actual barber shop in the future.
